Terms and Conditions for Becoming an Approved Training Centre
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ICTQual AB UK Ltd. , a UK-based awarding body and any entity seeking approval as a Training Centre. By applying to become an Approved Training Centre, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for approval as a Training Centre, you must:
- Be a legally registered entity in the United Kingdom or Local Country.
- Demonstrate competence in delivering training programs related to ICTQual certifications.
- Possess the necessary facilities, infrastructure, and resources to conduct effective training.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
3. Application Process
To become an Approved Training Centre, you must:
- Submit a completed application form provided by ICTQual.
- Provide evidence of your organization’s legal status.
- Demonstrate your capability to deliver high-quality training programs.
ICTQual reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Approval Period
Upon successful application, ICTQual may grant approval for a specified period. Approval renewal will be subject to your continued adherence to these Terms, successful delivery of training programs, and any additional criteria stipulated by ICTQual.
5. Responsibilities of Approved Training Centres
As an Approved Training Centre, you agree to:
- Deliver training programs in accordance with ICTQual’s guidelines and standards.
- Ensure that trainers possess the necessary qualifications and experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant achievements.
- Comply with ICTQual’s policies, procedures, and any updates communicated by ICTQual.
- Inform ICTQual of any changes to your organization that may affect your status as an Approved Training Centre.
6. Quality Assurance
ICTQual reserves the right to monitor and assess the quality of training programs delivered by Approved Training Centres. This may include site visits, evaluations, and reviews of training materials. Failure to meet quality standards may result in the revocation of approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Approved Training Centres are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ICTQual’s intellectual property solely for the purpose of delivering approved training programs. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of ICTQual’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. Fees and Payments
Approved Training Centres may be subject to fees for approval, renewal, and other services provided by ICTQual. Details of fees and payment terms will be communicated separately.
9. Termination of Approval
ICTQual reserves the right to terminate the approval of any Training Centre for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms, breach of intellectual property rights, or failure to maintain quality standards.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
