Terms and Conditions for Becoming an Approved Assessor
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between ICTQual AB, a UK-based awarding body , and individuals seeking approval as Assessors. By applying to become an Approved Assessor, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for approval as an Assessor, you must:
- Hold relevant qualifications and expertise in the specific assessment field.
- Demonstrate competence and experience in conducting assessments.
- Possess the necessary certifications and training required by ICTQual.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
3. Application Process
To become an Approved Assessor, you must:
- Complete the application form provided by ICTQual.
- Provide evidence of your qualifications, experience, and relevant certifications.
- Demonstrate your ability to conduct assessments in alignment with ICTQual’s standards.
ICTQual reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Approval Period
Upon successful application, ICTQual may grant approval for a specified period. Approval renewal will be subject to your continued adherence to these Terms, successful conduct of assessments, and any additional criteria stipulated by ICTQual.
5. Responsibilities of Approved Assessors
As an Approved Assessor, you agree to:
- Conduct assessments in accordance with ICTQual’s guidelines and standards.
- Maintain objectivity, fairness, and impartiality during the assessment process.
- Keep updated on changes to ICTQual’s assessment methodologies and criteria.
- Inform ICTQual of any changes to your qualifications or status that may affect your approval.
6. Quality Assurance
ICTQual reserves the right to monitor and assess the quality of assessments conducted by Approved Assessors. This may include reviews of assessment records, observations, and feedback from stakeholders. Failure to meet quality standards may result in the revocation of approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Approved Assessors are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ICTQual’s intellectual property solely for the purpose of conducting approved assessments. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of ICTQual’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. Fees and Payments
Approved Assessors may be subject to fees for approval, renewal, and other services provided by ICTQual. Details of fees and payment terms will be communicated separately.
9. Termination of Approval
ICTQual reserves the right to terminate the approval of any Assessor for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms, breach of intellectual property rights, or failure to maintain assessment quality standards.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
