Certified Trainer Licence (CTL)
The Certified Trainer Licence (CTL) is a professional, assignment-based certification designed for experienced trainers who want formal recognition of their skills, competence, and real-world training expertise. This course is specifically developed for practitioners who are already active in training, teaching, or facilitation and wish to validate their experience through structured assessment rather than classroom-based learning.
Unlike traditional trainer courses, the CTL does not include guided learning hours. Instead, it focuses on practical application, reflective learning, and evidence-based competency. Candidates will complete 10 study units, each supported by written assignments and a minimum of 15 minutes of video evidence demonstrating real training practice. This ensures that certification is based on actual performance in real training environments rather than theoretical knowledge alone.
The CTL programme aligns with real-life training needs and workplace expectations, helping trainers enhance their professional credibility, improve their instructional effectiveness, and strengthen their career prospects. It is ideal for corporate trainers, freelance trainers, educators, HR professionals, training managers, and workplace instructors who already hold a valid Training the Trainer qualification and have at least two years of verified training experience.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be awarded the Certified Trainer Licence (CTL), formally recognizing them as competent, professional, and licensed trainers capable of designing, delivering, assessing, and evaluating high-quality training programmes.
